Eco Transportation

Segways, hybrid cars, electric vehicles—all of these methods of transportation were unknown just a few years ago and now they are part of our everyday vocabulary.  It pays to do some research when you are ready to purchase a new vehicle.  Motor scooters and motorcycles are now a preferred travel method for many local commuters, in order to reduce their expenses and—at the same time—their carbon footprint! 

When on vacation, why not try one of the Segway tours now being offered in most large cities and at many tourist attractions.  This is a fun way to cover a lot of ground and to do something positive for the environment at the same time.  Vacations also offer us an opportunity to rent a hybrid or other eco-friendly vehicle.  This choice offers another dual advantage—you save on fuel expenses and have a chance to try out one of these vehicles to determine whether you would like to purchase one when you are ready to make your next auto purchase!

Our transportation choices are one of the main areas of our daily lives in which we can make a huge difference in our fuel emissions.  It’s never too late to make a better choice—better for the environment and usually better for your budget!  Your research will pay off!
