Return Policy — We are committed to your satisfaction!

Earth Take 2 incorporates outside web site's products, as well as our own store, to bring you a full offering of the latest in green living. Any products bought from an outside site shall be covered by the policies of the site where purchases were made. Products bought in the Products section of earthtake2.com shall be covered by the following policies:

We believe our products and services will help you live life better! If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it (see exceptions below). If you would prefer to speak with Customer Service before deciding to return or exchange your purchase, please call 1-714-625-8544, 8am to 6pm (PST) Monday through Friday, or contact us here!
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location.
If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return. Certain products are not returnable, including opened bedding and custom-ordered products. It is against the law to resell opened bedding; therefore, it cannot be returned. Please see below for a list of restrictions.
If you return a product, we will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling. Returns made within 7 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns will carry a restocking fee of 15%. All returns must be in like-new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories; items returned in less than new condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
All products are returnable with these exceptions:

  • Replacement filters, cartridges and pads for air purifiers, humidifiers and water purifiers

  • Cook-tops are non-returnable except in the case of a defective product

  • Home goods (i.e. sinks, water purifiers, ventilation equipment, flooring, appliances, shower fixtures) which have been installed

  • All opened bedding products (i.e. pillows, pillow cases, comforters, sheets, encasings)

  • All custom-ordered products


Returning products is easy, simply follow these instructions:

  • Simply contact us here! and let us know the order number and reason for return to request a Return Authorization Number, and we will promptly contact you with this number. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number.

  • We will also provide you with the appropriate address to which you can ship your return.

  • Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition, we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card you used for your original purchases.

Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by calling 1-714-625-8544 or contact us here and provide order number. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If we cannot stop your order from shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges both shipping to you and return shipping back to earthtake2.com.
