Children would much rather learn by doing. What better way to teach your child respect for the environment, than to involve them in a fun project? Every parent wants their children to learn very young that they have a responsibility for maintaining the planet by living an eco-friendly lifestyle. The Imagination Factory A great site founded by a teacher. This site has numerous projects and resources to keep kids busy and learning about the environment. One of my favorite tools is the trash matcher that gives you projects to do with various materials such as newspaper, cardboard, and jars.
